Borrowing and Returning
On-Site Borrowing
Patrons who are allowed for campus entry/face-to-face classes may borrow a library material on-site.
Online Borrowing
Patrons may borrow a book by requesting online and pick it up at the UC Libraries
The average turnaround time to complete the processing of request is within two (2) school days. Counting starts after the requested date.
Renewal
a. Patrons may borrow a book by requesting online and pick it up at the UC Libraries.b. Renewal is granted if the library material is not requested by another patron, or the copy is not busy for the meantime, or there are other available copies.c. Request may be done through phone, SMS, email, or in person at the Circulation Desk.d. A new due date is calculated based on the day the library material is renewed.
